The U.S. Embassy in Djibouti is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive preventive maintenance for the swimming pool at the Deputy Chief of Mission Residence (DCMR). The contract will be a firm‑fixed‑price, one‑year award, requiring five days of service per week (approximately two hours each day). Services include daily cleaning, chemical testing and balancing, equipment inspection, vacuuming, debris removal, filter maintenance, and detailed reporting.
