Description
The Department of OCP is seeking qualified providers to operate a secure residential treatment facility for adolescent offenders. The contract will focus on behavioral modification programs and include ancillary services such as behavioral health counseling and educational programming within a secure setting. Providers must demonstrate expertise in youth rehabilitation, secure‑facility operations, and integrated therapeutic/educational services.
• Provide comprehensive behavioral modification treatment for adjudicated youth.
• Deliver on‑site behavioral health services (counseling, therapy, crisis intervention).
• Offer accredited educational programming that meets state requirements for incarcerated students.
• Operate within a secure, supervised residential environment meeting safety and regulatory standards.
• Submit a detailed technical and cost proposal by the March 31, 2026 deadline.
