The offeror must submit a plan describing how they will meet the requirements outlined in the Statement of Need (SON). The plan shall describe how the offeror will conform to the requirements outlined within the SON and include all specifications of parts and equipment necessary for completion of the project. • The contract has a fixed price arrangement. • The delivery date is 28 Aug 2026. • The offeror must submit one electronic copy of the completed pricing in accordance with the CLIN structure. • The offeror must submit a plan describing how they will meet the requirements outlined in the SON. • The government intends to award a contract without discussions.
