Holiday Decor

The City of Red Oak is requesting quotes to lease, install, and later remove holiday décor for the Red Oak Government Center. The scope includes wrapping two Crape Myrtle trees (6‑8 ft), three Oak trees (12‑15 ft), installing two 48‑inch wreaths, wrapping seven poles with garland, providing a 31.5‑inch indoor garland, and handling all related electrical components (digital timers, extension cords, 3‑way plugs). Labor for both installation (by November 1) and removal (early January) must be included. The vendor must supply all décor items, perform the set‑up and tear‑down, and coordinate with existing power sources at each location.
