The Kenai Peninsula Borough is seeking qualified contractors to repair leachate seeps in Cells 1 and 2 of the Central Peninsula Landfill. The work involves providing all labor, materials, and related services necessary to locate, stop, and remediate the seepage, including installation of perforated HDPE pipe and appropriate anchoring where required.
