RFQ "Permit Processing Support" for LDEQ

The State of Louisiana, Department of Environmental Quality, is seeking qualifications from vendors to provide permit processing support. The selected vendor will be responsible for assisting with the processing of permits. The RFQ document includes appendices that must be completed and submitted with the Statement of Qualifications. • The vendor must complete Appendix A, SOQ Offeror Cover Sheet / Certification Statement. • The vendor must submit their Statement of Qualifications as directed in the RFQ document. • The RFQ document includes attachments such as Appendix A and Appendix B. • The vendor must submit their response to the address specified in the RFQ document.
