The Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to operate a full-service café within the VTA New Administrative Headquarters building. The café will serve VTA staff, future tenants, and members of the public. The selected proposer will be responsible for providing weekday food and beverage service, obtaining necessary permits and licenses, and maintaining the café area. The contract will have a term of 3 years with 4 one-year options for a maximum term of 7 years. • The café has a fully equipped kitchen and modern seating area. • The café will serve approximately 450 occupants in the building. • The proposer will be responsible for providing high-quality food and beverage options. • The proposer will be required to comply with health and safety regulations. • The proposer will be responsible for establishing utility accounts and paying for all utilities associated with the café operations.
