ATV & UTVs - Honda & Yamaha Only - No Substitutes

The Idaho Department of Lands is seeking qualified contractors to supply a fleet of brand‑name ATVs and UTVs (Honda and Yamaha only) with specified accessories and, where required, track kits. The purchase includes multiple delivery locations across Idaho, and all items must be new, authorized‑dealer sourced, and delivered FOB destination prepaid. Vendors must submit a sealed bid via the IPRO portal by the deadline, providing proof of dealer licensing, authorized‑distributor status, and a complete warranty. No subcontracting is allowed without prior written approval, and the contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. • Required vehicles: Honda Rubicon ATVs (2), Honda Pioneer 520 UTVs (2), Honda Pioneer 1000 UTVs with tracks (4), Honda Pioneer 1000 Deluxe Crew UTV (1), Yamaha Grizzly 700 ATVs with tracks (6). • Mandatory accessories per unit: skid plates, A‑arm guards, rear hitch, automatic transmission, power steering, heated grips, winches (2,500 lb or 3,500 lb for track models), and dealer‑installed track kits where applicable. • Delivery is FOB destination, prepaid, to fifteen remote Idaho sites; pickup is allowed within 75 mi of each site.
