Description
It is the intention of Tulsa County to accept the qualifications from and award this RFQ to multiple qualified firms as to create a “pool” of on-call firms with Indefinite delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts. Use of services pursuant to this RFQ shall be at the discretion of Tulsa County.
