The Montgomery County Government is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive Arts and Entertainment (A&E) District Management and Programming Services. The contractor will be responsible for identifying grant and funding opportunities, evaluating applications, drafting and submitting grant proposals, and delivering compliance reporting. In addition, the contractor will support A&E district events through planning, artist booking, contract management, day‑of staffing, logistics, supply procurement, and inter‑agency coordination. This is a small‑business‑reserve‑eligible solicitation that must be submitted electronically via BidNet by the deadline. • Identify and pursue grant opportunities for each A&E district. • Evaluate grant applications and lead drafting/submission of proposals. • Provide grant reporting and compliance support. • Plan, coordinate, and execute district events (concerts, parades, advisory convenings, etc.). • Manage artist selection, contracts, and financial documentation. • Supply and material procurement for events. • On‑site staffing and supervision during events. • Facilitate inter‑agency coordination as needed.
