FY27 Capital Asset Financing

The Charles County Government is seeking proposals for a five-year equipment capital asset financing agreement. The agreement will provide financing for the purchase of equipment with a useful life of longer than five years, such as vehicles, pick-up trucks, dump trucks, buses, mowers, cameras, and mini excavators. The selected offeror will provide financing for the equipment and will be responsible for preparing the master lease agreement and escrow agreement. The county reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality in proposals received. • The equipment to be financed includes vehicles, pick-up trucks, dump trucks, buses, mowers, cameras, and mini excavators. • The financing term is five years. • The county reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. • The selected offeror will be responsible for preparing the master lease agreement and escrow agreement. • The county intends to award a contract to one firm.
