FY26 WiFi Equipment and Broadband

The 42d Contracting Squadron, Maxwell AFB, is seeking information from industry to procure Broadband and Wi-Fi equipment for Mid-Bay Shores in Niceville, FL. The project involves upgrading existing equipment and installing new routers, Wi-Fi, and broadband TV in various locations, including trailers, bungalows, offices, and RV sites. The contractor must ensure that broadband is accessible in all identified locations, Wi-Fi covers all RV sites, and ethernet options are available for office equipment. The project also requires compliance with various regulations, including OSHA safety standards and EPA guidelines. Key requirements of the project include: • Removal of existing equipment and installation of new units • Testing and commissioning to ensure proper operation and compliance • Adherence to OSHA safety regulations and EPA guidelines • Compliance with NAF procurement guidelines and energy efficiency standards • Warranty on equipment and installation for the life of the contract • Availability of technical support and parts replacement as needed
