AMENDMENT OF RAILS FOR WATERVLIET ARSENAL

The US Army is amending a solicitation to increase the quantity of rails for the Watervliet Arsenal. The amendment increases the quantity of CLIN 0001 and CLIN 0002 from 57 each to 60 each, and the quantity of CLIN 0003 and CLIN 0004 from 41 each to 53 each. The delivery date for the increased quantities is on or before August 24, 2027. • The amendment modifies the contract to reflect the increased quantities. • The contractor is required to acknowledge receipt of the amendment prior to the hour and date specified in the solicitation. • The amendment does not change the terms and conditions of the original contract, except for the increased quantities.
