Catholic Family Retreat - Grand Forks Air Force Base, North Dakota

The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide a resiliency event for active-duty military members and their families. The event will be an overnight family enrichment in a resort-waterpark setting located within 5 hours of Grand Forks AFB, ND, and outside of Grand Forks. The contractor must provide sleeping room accommodations, conference space for 2 days, and water park passes. The location must have an indoor waterpark facility with a lazy river, seated area, and at least two giant slides. The conference space must accommodate a minimum of 70 individuals and have an audio system with a microphone and visual system. The resort facility must provide 22 rooms with a minimum occupancy space of 4 individuals per room and offer amenities such as free parking, business center with printing capabilities, and free Wi-Fi. • The location must be within 5 hours driving distance from Grand Forks AFB, ND, and within a 300 miles radius in the United States. • The indoor waterpark must be connected to the lodging hotel and be at least 35,000 square feet in size. • The conference space must have an audio system with a microphone and visual system with HDMI plug-in capabilities. • The resort facility must provide 22 rooms with a minimum occupancy space of 4 individuals per room. • The contractor must provide 70 waterpark passes and offer free parking and business center with printing capabilities.
