Management Services for Marina Operations (Lakefront Reservation)

Cleveland Metroparks is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide management services for marina operations at Lakefront Reservation, including Whiskey Island Marina and Edgewater Marina. The contract term will be between one and five years, beginning January 1, 2027, with the possibility of renewal. Proposers may choose from five options, including marina operation at one or both marinas, and food service operation at Whiskey Island Marina. The proposal should include a description of services, cost estimates, and proposed capital improvements.
