The New Jersey Turnpike Authority is seeking qualified firms to provide arbitrage compliance services. The work involves reviewing, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with arbitrage‑related regulations and internal policies for the Authority’s financial operations. Successful contractors will develop compliance frameworks, conduct audits, advise on risk mitigation, and deliver training to Authority staff. • Perform comprehensive arbitrage compliance assessments and gap analyses. • Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and monitoring tools. • Provide ongoing advisory support, audit services, and staff training on arbitrage regulations. • Deliver written reports and recommendations to senior Authority leadership. • Coordinate with the Authority’s finance and legal teams to align compliance efforts with existing controls.
