Lodging and Meeting Space for DECP DRE School 2026

The Department of State Police is seeking a vendor to provide lodging and meeting space for the 2026 DECP DRE School. The event will take place from April 22 to May 1, 2026, and will require daily meeting space for up to 30 attendees, as well as lodging for 30 persons with kitchenette. The vendor should be able to provide basic A/V equipment, sufficient on-site parking, and not exceed federal per diem rates. • The vendor should be able to provide a classroom rental for up to 30 attendees for 10 days. • The vendor should be able to provide lodging for up to 30 persons for 135 room nights. • The vendor should be able to provide an estimate of any taxes or other applicable fees not included above. • The vendor should be able to provide a cancellation and/or attrition policy. • The vendor should be able to provide any additional information that may be considered during the evaluation process.
