Employee Benefits Consultant Services

The State of Iowa seeks a qualified employee‑benefits consultant to deliver strategic, actuarial, and operational support for its employee benefits programs. The contractor will evaluate benefit plan design, provide actuarial analysis and financial forecasting, support procurement and collective‑bargaining activities, and monitor vendor performance and market trends.
