Invitation For Bid: The Illinois Department of Public Health Stockpile Warehouse

The Illinois Department of Public Health is seeking a vendor to provide secured warehouse space, refrigerated storage, logistics support, inventory management, transportation services, and medical equipment maintenance for emergency medical supplies. The contract will be for a period of 5 years. The vendor will be required to provide services including warehouse management, vaccine handling, and delivery of medical supplies. The vendor will also be required to provide an hourly rate for business hours and after-hours deliveries. • The vendor must provide a fully burdened and inclusive price for all services. • The vendor must include all labor, staffing, supervision, equipment, vehicles, fuel, warehouse management systems, utilities, training, administrative support, and any other operational resources necessary to meet the requirements of the contract. • The vendor must provide a monthly rate for surge federal warehouse storage of an additional 40,000 sqft. • The vendor must provide an hourly rate for after-hours and holidays deliveries.
