The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (New England District) is seeking lease proposals for approximately 1,130 sq ft of commercial office space within a ¼‑mile radius of 1 Seth F. Tobey Road, Wareham, MA 02571. The space must provide a secondary egress, parking for four government vehicles (day and overnight), and meet all applicable building, fire, and accessibility codes. The lease term is five (5) years with an option for up to additional one‑year renewals. The Government will pay annual rent inclusive of water, sewer, CAM, taxes, and insurance, and will require the Lessor to handle utilities, HVAC, snow removal, landscaping, and maintenance of the premises and common areas. Proposals must include the proposed rental amount, a detailed build‑out cost breakdown for any required alterations, and proof of active SAM registration with a CAGE code and UEI. Submissions are due by 5:00 PM on 01 Oct 2026.
