DIETARY SERVICE FOR EASTERN SHORE HOSPITAL CENTER

The State of Maryland is seeking a qualified small‑business vendor to operate the full dietary and food‑service program for the Eastern Shore Hospital Center (ESHC), an 84‑bed adult psychiatric facility in Cambridge, MD. The contract will cover clinical nutrition services for patients, operation of a pay‑cafeteria for staff/visitors, a satellite “Mall Café,” and all associated food‑service functions (menu planning, procurement, preparation, delivery, sanitation, and compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards). The award will be an Indefinite Quantity contract with a three‑year base period and two optional one‑year extensions, subject to a 10 % Minority Business Enterprise participation goal.
