Hotel Lodging and Conference Rooms

The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide hotel lodging and conference rooms for a medium-sized conference in the National Capitol Region from 24-28 August 2026. The contractor will need to provide 150 single rooms, a large conference area capable of hosting 200 attendees, and 8 break-out rooms with seating for 30 persons each. The contractor will also need to provide audio/visual equipment and wifi connectivity for all participants. Some key requirements of the job include: • Providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and services necessary to host the conference • Meeting specific requirements for hotel rooms, event space, and audio/visual equipment • Complying with all applicable laws, standards, instructions, executive orders, commercial practices, and requirements contained in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) • Performing services during the hours of 6:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. throughout the duration of the contract • Monitoring routine entry in and out of the venue and providing emergency and special event services as needed
