RFQ-Tri-County Nutrition & Transit Services

This solicitation seeks qualified firms to deliver combined nutrition and transit services for elderly residents of Allendale, Bamberg, and Barnwell counties under Title III of the Older Americans Act and state‑funded aging programs. The contractor will be responsible for meal preparation and delivery as well as transportation coordination to ensure seniors can access essential services and community resources. Successful bidders must demonstrate capacity to operate across three counties, meet health‑ and safety standards, and manage program reporting requirements. • Provide nutritious meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) to elderly participants in the three target counties. • Operate a transit component that transports seniors to medical appointments, grocery stores, and community events. • Maintain compliance with Title III OAA guidelines and South Carolina aging program regulations. • Manage scheduling, staffing, vehicle maintenance, and meal‑service logistics across a multi‑county service area. • Submit regular performance reports and financial documentation to the Lower Savannah Council of Governments.
