The U.S. Army Sustainment Command (ASC) is seeking logistics support services for the Joint Personal Property Shipping Office at Belvoir, VA, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA, and Ft. Hood, TX. The contract will be a firm fixed price task order with a 12-month base period and four 1-year option periods, and one 6-month option period. The contractor will be responsible for providing transportation services, including personnel, equipment, and materials. The contract will be awarded to the offeror that is determined to be responsible and whose proposal conforms to the RFP requirements and is determined to be the lowest evaluated price that is fair and reasonable. • The contract will require the contractor to provide logistics support services, including transportation, for the Joint Personal Property Shipping Office. • The contractor will be required to have an Enhanced Army Global Logistics Enterprise (EAGLE) Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) by the closing date of the RFP. • The contract will be a firm fixed price task order with a 12-month base period and four 1-year option periods, and one 6-month option period. • The contractor will be responsible for providing transportation services, including personnel, equipment, and materials. • The contract will be awarded to the offeror that is determined to be responsible and whose proposal conforms to the RFP requirements and is determined to be the lowest evaluated price that is fair and reasonable.
