The City of Los Angeles Department of Public Works is establishing a pre‑qualified on‑call list of up to ten consulting firms to provide geotechnical and environmental engineering services for a variety of public‑works projects over a five‑year period. Firms will be evaluated on technical expertise, past performance, approach, and cost control, and will receive task‑order assignments as needs arise.
