Hydraulic Excavator

The State of North Dakota’s Department of Water Resources is seeking a new Caterpillar 326‑type hydraulic excavator (or equivalent) together with seven specific attachments, full warranty, and local service/parts support. The award will be based on the lowest responsive, responsible price and the contract will be firm‑fixed‑price, FOB destination. Delivery must occur within 30 days of order receipt and the contractor must maintain parts availability within 15 miles of the delivery site. • Provide one new Cat 326 (or equivalent) excavator meeting extensive performance and safety specifications. • Supply seven attachments (grading bucket, trenching bucket, skeleton bucket, compaction wheel, two custom couplers) that are fully compatible with the excavator. • Include warranty, on‑site service support, and parts stock within 15 mi of Bismarck, ND; deliver to the State’s shop facility at 2901 East Main, Bismarck.
