Description
The Navy’s Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP‑WSS) is seeking a qualified contractor to repair a Cable and Reel Assembly (NSN 5995‑014674741, Part No. 8013910‑4) for a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement. The work must meet stringent Navy standards, be mercury‑free, and be fully documented in the Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) portal. The contractor will be responsible for the repair, quality assurance, packaging, and delivery of the repaired assembly by the stipulated deadline.
• Repair of a single Cable and Reel Assembly to Navy‑specified performance standards (including mercury‑free requirement).
• Full compliance with MIL‑STD‑973 (configuration management), MIL‑STD‑2073‑1 (packaging), MIL‑STD‑129 (labeling), and CAV reporting requirements.
• Delivery of the repaired assembly by 13 Jul 2027, with a 90‑day repair turnaround after receipt of the asset.
• Required certifications include ISO‑9001 quality system and at least CMMC Level 1; hazardous‑material documentation (SDS) must be provided if applicable.
• All communications and submissions must be directed to the POC, Stacey Ryan, at NAVSUP‑WSS, Philadelphia.
