Description

The California Judicial Council is seeking to establish master agreements with qualified technical staff augmentation firms to serve the Judicial Council, Supreme Court, and Appellate courts across all 58 California counties. Selected vendors will become part of a qualified bid list, enabling them to provide professional technical staff on an as‑needed basis throughout the term of the master agreement. This RFP solicits qualifications and interest from staffing agencies capable of delivering high‑quality, cost‑effective technical resources for a broad range of IT projects and support activities within the state’s judicial system. • Scope covers all 58 California counties (list provided) and includes any technical staffing needs of the Judicial Council, Supreme Court, and Appellate courts. • Vendors must demonstrate ability to supply qualified IT professionals (e.g., developers, analysts, system administrators, cybersecurity specialists) on a flexible, on‑demand basis. • Master agreements will create a pre‑qualified pool of vendors that can be called upon for individual task orders throughout the contract term.

Budget estimate

$500,000 – $2,500,000

No specific contract value is disclosed. Based on typical state‑level IT staff augmentation rates in California ($100‑$200 per hour) and assuming the master agreement will cover multiple full‑time equivalents over a 2‑year term, the total contract value could range roughly from $500,000 for a modest engagement to $2,500,000 for a larger, multi‑project arrangement. Factors influencing the estimate include the number of staff, skill levels, duration of assignments, and any additional consulting services required.
