Lodging-In-Kind in US Territories of American Samoa, Guam and Saipan (CNMI)

The US Army is seeking to establish multiple Firm-Fixed-Price Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for transient commercial lodging services in the US territories of American Samoa, Guam, and Saipan (CNMI). The contractor shall provide lodging for Temporary Duty (TDY) and Lodging-in-Kind (LIK) personnel, with nightly rates not exceeding the maximum OCONUS lodging per diem. The estimated value of the requirement is $349,999.99 for the entire Base Year. • The contractor must comply with the Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) and Statement of Work. • The contractor must provide proof of active FEMA Fire-Safety certification and compliance with local/municipal safety and sanitation standards. • The contractor must have recent, relevant experience providing similar LIK services. • The contractor must have the ability to scale up and coordinate accommodations to sustain personnel during military training rotations or recurring group exercises.
