The South Dakota Board of Regents is seeking a qualified vendor to design, deploy, and hand‑over a secure, multi‑tenant enterprise AI platform (based on the Boise State AgentCore Public Stack) within a pre‑built AWS landing zone. The effort includes validating and expanding the AWS environment, integrating with multiple Microsoft Entra ID tenants, implementing institution‑specific branding, establishing security and compliance controls, and delivering full operational documentation and training for a seamless transition to the State’s RIS team. • Validate and enhance the AWS landing zone and associated guardrails. • Deploy the Boise State AI platform, configure multi‑model AI services, and enable institution‑specific branding and delegated administration. • Integrate identity and access management across seven higher‑education institutions, ensuring compliance with FERPA, HIPAA, and state security policies. • Provide comprehensive run‑books, training, and knowledge‑transfer to enable SDBOR to assume full operational ownership by mid‑September 2026.
