Air Show - MiG-17F and F-4 Fighter Jet Aerobatic Demonstration

The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide a jet aerobatic demonstration for the Offutt Air Force Base "Defenders of Freedom" Air and Space Show. The demonstration will involve a MiG-17F and F-4 aircraft, and the contractor must have the necessary certification to perform fighter jet aerobatics. The contractor will be required to provide display and/or demonstration of the provided aircraft, perform within limitations prescribed by Federal Aviation Regulations, and provide a digital press/media kit, video, and interviews with the media. The government intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to Fighterjets Inc, but all responsible entities may submit a quotation which will be considered by the contracting activity. The key responsibilities of the contractor include: * Providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to provide display and/or demonstration of the provided aircraft * Performing within limitations prescribed by Federal Aviation Regulations * Providing a digital press/media kit, video, and interviews with the media * Arriving at least one day in advance to do local promotions and media support * Providing Civil Aircraft Certificate of insurance, Civil Aircraft Landing Permit, and Civil Aircraft Hold Harmless Agreement The government will provide fuel, nitrogen bottles, oxygen bottles, ladders, tow bar, moving blankets, engine oil, and hangar space, as well as lodging, ground transportation, and meals for the performers.
