Digital microscopes FY2025 PI

The Department of Agriculture, Plant Industry Division, is seeking bids for the provision of digital microscopes. The solicitation includes three line items: Two Microscope with Flexacam C3 camera or equivalent, Precision Portable Microscope, and DIC Microscope. Vendors may bid on any or all of the line items. The contract will require the delivery of the microscopes to various locations in Hawaii, including Hilo and Maui. The successful bidder will be required to comply with all applicable state and federal statutes. • The microscopes must meet specific technical requirements, including zoom ratio, magnification range, and resolution. • The contract will include a transaction fee of 0.75% of the award amount, not to exceed $5,000. • Vendors must register with Hawaii Compliance Express (HCE) prior to responding to the solicitation. • The contract will be awarded to the vendor that submits the most responsive and responsible bid.
