RPQ FIBER OPTIC CABLE, PURCHASE AND DELIVERY, TERM CONTRACT

Palm Beach County is seeking pre-qualified vendors for the purchase and delivery of fiber optic cable. The contract is a term contract, and the selected vendors will be required to provide goods and services as needed. The vendors must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances, including those related to equal business opportunity, commercial nondiscrimination, and drug-free workplace. The vendors must also provide certification regarding lobbying, debarment, and suspension.
