USACE NWD DESIGN BUILD/DESIGN BID BUILD REGIONAL MATOC

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Northwestern Division, Portland District (CENWP) is soliciting for a Regional Design Build/Design Bid-Build Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). The contract will involve design-build and design-bid-build projects for new construction, repair, and renovation of civil works projects, facilities, roadways, and recreational areas within the Northwestern Division (NWD) Portland District (NWP), Walla Walla District (NWW), and Seattle District (NWS) project sites. The scope of work includes civil, structural/architectural systems, electrical systems, and mechanical systems. • The contract will be a firm-fixed price (FFP) construction contract MATOC. • The estimated Period of Performance for this contract is 5 years, FY27-FY32. • The estimated capacity of the MATOC is $99,000,000.00. • The award will be made based on the best overall value to the Government. • The process will be conducted in two phases, with Phase One evaluating offeror qualification packages and Phase Two involving a full proposal evaluation, including price.
