Solicitation Notice: Residential Reentry Services and Home Confinement Services within the following Ohio counties: Trumbull, Portage, Stark, Mahoning, and Columbiana. Home Confinement Radius Within 150 miles of the RRC Facility.

The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking proposals for Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services and Home Confinement services for male and female Federal offenders in Ohio. The services must be provided within one of the following counties: Trumbull, Portage, Stark, Mahoning, and Columbiana. The Home Confinement radius must be within 150 miles of the RRC facility. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price/IDIQ contract for services with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. The RRC in-house requirement will consist of a guaranteed minimum of 26 beds, and the Home Confinement requirement will consist of a maximum of 20 placements. • The contractor must provide RRC services in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Statement of Work (SOW) entitled "Residential Reentry Center, March 2022". • The contractor must provide Home Confinement services in accordance with chapter 10 of the SOW. • The contractor must have the ability to provide adequate programming and case management of offenders. • The contractor must be able to provide services within the specified counties and Home Confinement radius.
