Energy Supply and Management Services ITQ

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of General Services, is seeking qualified contractors to provide energy supply and management services. The contract will cover various energy supply and energy management services, including electricity supply, natural gas supply, renewable attribute services, electricity management services, carbon-free electricity sourced supply services, and renewable natural gas sourced supply services. Contractors must meet specific requirements, including having two years of experience in the applicable commodity code, possessing a current and active Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PA PUC) license, and being a member in good standing of PJM Interconnection as a load-serving entity (LSE). The contract will be for a term of 9 years, from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2034. • The contract will cover various energy supply and energy management services. • Contractors must meet specific requirements, including experience and licensing. • The contract will be for a term of 9 years. • The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of General Services, will issue Requests for Quotes (RFQs) for the services covered by this contract on an as-needed basis. • COSTARS Members may participate in this contract, and the Contractor must agree to sell the awarded items/services at the same prices and/or discounts, and in accordance with the contractual terms and conditions, to COSTARS members.
