W519TC-25-Q-TAME - Preventative Maintenance and Emergency Services

The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) is seeking a quote from TA Instruments-Waters LLC for preventative maintenance, calibration, and emergency services for Crane Army Ammunition Activity (CAAA) thermal analysis and microcalorimetry equipment. The contract will be a firm fixed price with a Time and Materials (T&M) Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) for emergency services. The equipment requires preventative maintenance and calibration annually, and the contractor must be able to provide factory-trained engineers and OEM parts to meet instrumental specifications and qualifications. • The contract is for a base year with one option year. • The T&M CLIN is for emergency services throughout the life of the contract. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the time of response. • The Government anticipates awarding the contract in July 2025. • The contract will be funded by fiscal year 2025 Army working capital funds (AWCF).
