The Home Electrification and Appliance Rebates (HEAR) – Appliance Upgrade Program, administered by NYSERDA, seeks to enroll New York state retailers and contractors to deliver ENERGY STAR‑qualified heat‑pump clothes dryers and the associated electrical wiring or panel upgrades to low‑ and moderate‑income households.
