SPEECH THERAPIST –

The Rockland Board of Cooperative Educational Services is seeking a qualified speech‑therapist (or firm) to provide direct speech‑therapy services to school‑aged students across multiple BOCES and component‑district sites during the 2026‑2027 school year. The contractor must be a New York‑licensed speech therapist, comply with IEP requirements, submit Medicaid documentation via the Kinney system, and travel between sites using personal transportation (mileage reimbursable). An extensive insurance package and several certifications (Child Abuse & S.A.V.E., fingerprint clearance) are required, as is a detailed fee schedule (hourly, mileage, evaluation rates). The contract is for one year with possible extensions up to three years and may be canceled with 30‑day notice. • Provide direct therapy, IEP updates, quarterly and annual progress reports, and Medicaid note submission. • Travel among multiple school locations; mileage reimbursed at IRS rate. • Submit hourly, mileage, and evaluation fees; all other costs must be included in the fee schedule. • Must meet comprehensive insurance minimums (including $2M E&O, $1M CGL, $1M auto, $3M umbrella) and provide required certifications.
