FMS and Support Broker Services of KCSW

The Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services is seeking competitive proposals from qualified vendors to provide Financial Management Services (FMS) and Support Broker Services of Kansas Community Support Waiver (KCSW). The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering FMS and Support Broker services to participants of the KCSW program. The scope of work includes providing financial management services, support broker services, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The contract is expected to start on the date of award and continue through June 30, 2029, with the option to renew for two additional twelve-month periods. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing financial management services to KCSW participants • Delivering support broker services to KCSW participants • Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations • Managing participant-directed budgets and providing financial tracking and payroll functions • Providing participant education on fraud, risk, budget responsibilities, and self-direction tools • Cooperating with KDADS and its designees for quality monitoring, readiness reviews, and audits
