RFQ-On-Call Advisory and Consulting Services

The Rhode Island Commerce Corporation is seeking qualified firms to join a pre‑qualified on‑call vendor pool that can provide advisory and consulting services on a task‑order basis. The work may involve policy analysis, strategic communications, and program design for statewide economic‑development initiatives, with no guaranteed minimum volume of work.
