RIT-PAK III

The City of Hot Springs is issuing an informal bid for the purchase of a RIT-PAK III mask on behalf of the Fire Department. The mask should be a new, current design production model, and available to the commercial market. The bid should include one copy of the manufacturer's published specification and warranty. The City reserves the right to review the manufacturer's specifications and choose the unit deemed to be in the City's best interest. The equipment shall comply with all state and federal safety requirements. Key points to consider: • The bid should be for a Scott RIT-PAK III, 4.5-cylinder, Large AV3000 Mask, Model #B005047164 or approved equivalent • The SCBA bottle does not need to be included • The bid should include the price for the mask and any additional costs for freight/delivery • The City reserves the right to award within the budget available • The successful bidder may be required to obtain a City of Hot Springs business license
