North Bay Village is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive landscape maintenance services across all designated village locations. The work includes routine lawn care, shrub, hedge, tree, and palm upkeep; irrigation system maintenance; fertilization; debris removal; and storm cleanup. This contract is intended to ensure the village’s public green spaces remain safe, attractive, and well‑maintained throughout the contract period. • Routine mowing, edging, and trimming of lawns and plantings • Irrigation system inspections, repairs, and seasonal adjustments • Fertilization, weed control, and pest management • Removal of debris, fallen branches, and storm‑related cleanup • Ongoing tree, palm, and shrub health maintenance
