FIXED PRICE ON-CALL BRINE APPLICATION

The South Carolina Department of Transportation is seeking a qualified contractor to provide on‑call brine‑application services for winter‑weather road maintenance throughout the state. The contractor will supply all labor, equipment, and support vehicles, while SCDOT provides the brine material. Work is performed on an as‑needed basis, with mobilization, operation, and demobilization rates capped by a fixed‑price schedule.
