BPA - SUPPORT- PROFESSIONAL: PATENT AND TRADEMARK PSC R498

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) is interested in establishing Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with companies that provide standard commercial supplies and services at competitive prices in Classification PSC/FSC Code R498, NAICS 541199, SUPPORT- PROFESSIONAL: PATENT AND TRADEMARK. Interested companies must provide documentation addressing their capabilities and expertise, a price list if applicable, and at least three past performance references. The government reserves the right to consider past performance information available from other sources. The BPAs will be awarded on the basis of positive past performance. • The government intends to issue Master BPAs on a 6-month rotation through June 2029. • Interested vendors should provide documentation and references by email to [email protected] no later than 30 April for a June award, and no later than 31 October for a December award. • The government reserves the right to consider past performance information available from other sources. • The BPAs will be awarded on the basis of positive past performance.
