Notice of Intent to Sole Source Cable Television and Internet Services

The United States Air Force intends to sole source a procurement for cable television and internet services at Ellsworth AFB, SD. The contractor will provide non-personal services including all management, supervision, personnel, transportation, tools, materials, and other items and services necessary to construct, operate, and maintain a cable television system for base facilities. The services include providing a basic tier, mid-level tier, and advanced tier of service option packages to select from. The contractor will also be responsible for maintaining the current cable television system and outlets at their own expense. The government will provide utilities needed for normal administrative operation, but the contractor will be responsible for trash pickup and disposal. • The contractor must comply with federal regulations and national professional codes. • The contractor must provide a service/repair phone number to the government and respond to complaints within 24 hours. • The contractor must ensure all personnel employed by the contractor in the performance of this contract abide by all security regulations of the installation. • The contractor must maintain a local, toll-free call telephone access line available to the Contracting Officer or designated government representatives 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
