Forest Vista AC Water Line Decommissioning

The Town of Flower Mound is soliciting sealed bids to decommission approximately 1,500 linear feet of 6‑inch asbestos‑capped (AC) water pipe, relocate meters, and install new service lines for residential customers. The scope includes removal of existing pipe, cut‑and‑plug of the main, removal and salvage of a 6‑inch valve, installation of new valves, meters, service connections (1‑inch, 1½‑inch, 2‑inch), backfill, topsoil, block sod, and required traffic control and erosion controls. Bidders must provide all labor, equipment, materials, bonds (bid, performance, payment, maintenance), insurance, and comply with prevailing‑wage, safety, and permitting requirements.
