Fiserv Technology, Integration, and Business Process Optimization Services

The Bank of North Dakota seeks experienced vendors to provide consulting, integration, and optimization services for its Fiserv‑based banking platforms. Work will be organized via individual work‑orders covering business‑process improvement, system automation, data‑management, reporting, and related training. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price with hourly rate schedules, initially for one year with possible renewals. • Analyze and redesign banking processes, identifying RPA and efficiency opportunities. • Optimize and automate Fiserv applications (Premier, Director Unity, Communicator Advantage) and integrate third‑party systems. • Enhance data governance, build analytics/reporting solutions (Power BI, SSRS, Snowflake, etc.) and provide staff training. • Deliver project‑management plans, status reports, and maintain compliance with state security and records requirements.
