The U.S. Army is seeking a small‑business‑set‑aside contractor to design, fabricate, and deliver wooden cannon containers for the 105 mm M20 cannon, built to Drawing 11580213 (Sheets 1‑4). Fifteen first‑article units are required (CLIN 0001) and an additional fifteen units are waived (CLIN 0002). Delivery must be FOB destination at Watervliet Arsenal within 60 calendar days of award, with a first‑article test approval due 30 days after award. The contract includes strict data‑submission requirements (inspection reports, certificates of conformance) and mandatory security and export‑control clearances.
• Manufacture 15 + 15 wooden containers to exact military drawing specifications.
