16--VALVE,FLUID UNIT, IN REPAIR/MODIFICATION OF

The U.S. Navy is seeking a contractor to repair, overhaul, test, and inspect a specific valve fluid unit (NSN 3291186‑7) in accordance with commercial maintenance manuals and applicable military standards. The work includes disassembly, cleaning, replacement or repair of defective components, reassembly, functional testing, and final acceptance. The contractor must provide its own tooling, equipment, and qualified personnel, maintain ISO‑9001/AS9100 quality systems, and adhere to a Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) of 110 days from receipt of the asset. All parts and materials (unless government‑furnished) must be new and meet FAR and MIL standards.
